We ship throughout the United Kingdom. We also offer international shipping — please note that customs duties or import taxes may apply depending on your destination country.

Orders are typically processed within 2–3 business days (Monday to Friday), excluding weekends and holidays. Once dispatched, delivery across the United Kingdom takes approximately 5 to 7 business days. Deliveries are made on business days only (Monday to Friday). Delays may occur during peak periods such as public holidays or promotional events.
The total delivery time is estimated between 6 to 9 business days.

Yes. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your shipment every step of the way.

Yes. We offer free shipping on all UK orders of £74 or more. Orders below £74 will have standard shipping fees applied at checkout.

We offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery. Items must be unworn, unused, and returned in their original condition with tags attached and in their original packaging. You'll also need your receipt or proof of purchase.

Please allow a few additional days for your bank or card provider to post the refund. Do your products come with a warranty?
Yes. All Blackstone London products are covered by a 30-day product warranty against manufacturing defects. If your product arrives with a defect or develops a fault within 30 days of delivery, we will repair or replace it at no cost to you — or issue a full refund if a replacement is not available.
This warranty covers manufacturing defects under normal use. It does not cover misuse, accidental damage, normal wear and tear, or modifications to the product.
