Thank you for choosing Blackstone London. We take pride in delivering premium menswear designed with intention and crafted for modern living.

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your item within 30 days of delivery.


RETURN PERIOD

We offer a 30-day return window.

This period begins on the day your order is delivered.
To be eligible, your return must be shipped back to us within these 30 days.

Returns can be initiated quickly and easily by clicking the return link provided in your order confirmation email.


RETURN CONDITIONS

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unworn and unwashed

  • All original tags must remain attached

  • Items must be returned in a condition suitable for resale

Please note:
Shipping costs are non-refundable.

We do not offer direct exchanges.
If you wish to exchange an item, please return it for a refund and place a new order.


REFUNDS

Refund to Original Payment Method

Once your return has arrived at our warehouse, we will process it within 10 working days.

After your refund is issued:

  • You will receive a confirmation email

  • It may take 3–7 business days for the refund to appear in your bank account, depending on your payment provider

Please allow 7–10 business days in total for the full process.


DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at:

Include your order number and clear photos of the issue.
Our team will assess your request and provide the most appropriate solution.


NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Underwear garments (including socks)

  • Perfumes without their original plastic seal intact

  • Items marked as “Final Sale”

  • Items returned after the 30-day window

  • Items returned worn or damaged without prior approval from customer support

Any unauthorized or ineligible returns may be rejected.


RETURN COSTS

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Costs vary depending on your courier and country of return.

Blackstone London is not responsible for:

  • Import duties

  • Customs fees

  • Any additional return-related charges

We strongly recommend keeping your proof of shipment and tracking number.
We cannot process claims without valid tracking confirmation.


RETURN PROCESSING TIME

Once your return arrives at our warehouse:

  • Processing takes up to 10 working days

  • You will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been issued

Please note that it may take up to 7 business days for the refund to be visible in your account.
